	*Table 1:* Testing & Certification Resources	The 1st table presented below includes important information and resources that you will use when taking your tests and completing the* certification process on the VITA/TCE Central website.* *Please review this table before you start your training plan.*
	*Table 2:* Your Training Plan	The 2nd table provides your training plan, which should typically be executed in the order indicated. Click through links and/or icons to access online training, view reference materials and connect to the VITA/TCE Central website.

Table 1: Testing & Certification Resources
Testing	The Answer Template to the right can be used to record your answers if you are using the online version of Pub 6744 to take your tests. The template also includes helpful hints on answering specific questions. Note that this form will also be provided in your Volunteer Binder.		VSOC, Intake* & SC Test * Hints provided. SC content is N/A.
Certification	The VITA/TCE Central site hosts the certification exam portal as well as links to other training materials.
		Please see the Job Aid/Help, to your right, to register at VITA/TCE Central if you have not already done so. Note that due to a known issue within the VITA/TCE Central website, you will need to wait until the day after registering to start the certification process!	Job Aid (open first)

Intake Specialist Training	In-person training will contain a quick review of the key aspects of the intake process, an overview of the new GYR Kiosk model, and plenty of hands-on time with the equipment and GYR software.
