Note that translators are expected to complete Intake Specialist training given the vital role they play in this space.

Pre-work required for all learners (in-person, online, or hybrid) will be offered online only, via Thinkific. beginning in Dec.

Online training, in Thinkific, will be available beginning in early Dec.  In-person training will be offered in Jan.

Pick up IRS materials.


These binders will contain important training materials and resources that you'll use throughout the entire tax filing season.

Pick up your binder in the courtyard of the United Way offices.


We'll have snacks and hot chocolate available; come by and meet the VITA team!


No problem if you can't make it! You're welcome to come by the United Way offices to pick up a binder Monday through Friday, between 9am-4pm starting Monday, December 11th.

Laptop, monitor, headset etc., if needed
Equipment pick-ups will begin the week of January 22nd, 2024. 
If you haven't heard from a VITA Team Member by that date, please submit a ticket to schedule a time.
